Warranty Policy

The Ornavo warranties begin from the original purchase date and cover issues arising from manufacturing defects. Please note that these warranties do not extend to damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, regular wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized repairs, neglect of pump or accessory maintenance, connecting to incorrect power sources, or failure to follow provided usage instructions.

When you buy the Ornavo electrical breast pump and warmers, you're protected by a 6-Months warranty. It's important to understand that if certain pump parts are used frequently, they might require replacement every 2-3 months. These parts include ( Duckbill valve & silicon cup ),this is not a defect, but rather a natural aspect of the product. It's not eligible for a warranty claim. Also the battery is also not eligible for a warranty.

The warranty is valid only for the original user and cannot be transferred to another person. To initiate a warranty claim, you'll need to provide proof of purchase such as a receipt, invoice, or email. This warranty is applicable within Pakistan only, and any replacements will be shipped to addresses within Pakistan.
